The Walker County Animal Shelter serves the North Georgia community by providing animal control and humane care for the animals that are lost, abandoned and unwanted. We strive to place every adoptable animal into good loving homes and encourage good pet guardianship through programs such as spay/neuter to help end the homeless plight of our companion animals.

We need Foster Homes for 2 - 4 weeks while we arrange transportation for our cute and cuddly puppies. Help us save the lives of these little fur babies, make a difference and call now!
PET PHOTOGRAPHERS needed! Professional or amateur, someone who can take pictures of our adorable adoptable pets and post them on PetFinder and Petango weekly or monthly. Please help!
